1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the LokkoLabs platform ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

2. Description of Service

LokkoLabs provides a platform for organizing and running interactive team-building events. The Service includes event creation and management tools, real-time attendee participation features, content delivery systems, and event analytics.

3. Account Registration

• You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
• You may not share your account with others or transfer it without our consent.
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

4. Organizer Responsibilities

As an event organizer, you agree to:

• Obtain appropriate consent from attendees before collecting their data through events.
• Use the platform only for lawful team-building and corporate event purposes.
• Not upload content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, or otherwise objectionable.
• Ensure that physical event activities (including lock-picking training) are conducted safely.
• Not attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service.

5. Attendee Participation

As an event attendee, you acknowledge that:

• Your participation data (name, team, scores, completion times) will be visible to the event organizer.
• Your assigned identity and team information are generated for event purposes only.
• Session tokens are temporary and expire after 24 hours.
• You should not share your event access code with unauthorized individuals.

6. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, code, content, audio compositions, and branding, is owned by LokkoLabs and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the Service without our written permission.

Content you upload to the platform (event templates, media, audio scripts) remains your property. You grant us a license to host, display, and transmit this content as necessary to provide the Service.

7. Prohibited Uses

You may not use the Service to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations.
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other accounts or systems.
• Transmit malware, viruses, or any other harmful code.
• Scrape, crawl, or use automated means to access the Service without permission.
• Use the platform for any purpose other than legitimate event management.

8. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability of the Service but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time. We will make reasonable efforts to notify you of significant changes that affect your use of the Service.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, LokkoLabs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless LokkoLabs from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party.

11. Termination

Either party may terminate the agreement at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. We may retain your data for a reasonable period to comply with legal obligations. You may request deletion of your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Florida.

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
