Joining an Event
There are two ways to join a LokkoLabs event:
Option 1: Pre-Registration Link
If your organizer shared a link before the event, click it to register early. This saves time on event day.

On event day, go to lokkolabs.com and enter the event code displayed on screen or provided by your organizer.
Your Spy Identity
Upon joining, you'll receive a unique agent identity with three components:
Codename
Shadow Falcon
Your spy alias
Agent Number
#42
Your identifier
Cover Job
Artisanal Cheese Whisperer
Your disguise
You'll also be assigned to a team identified by color (Red, Blue, Green, etc.) and directed to a specific table.
Event Phases
Your event progresses through structured phases. Follow along on your phone as the organizer guides the experience.
Arrival
Check in, get your identity, find your team's table
Tip: Introduce yourself to your teammates using your codename!
Briefing
Learn about your mission and the equipment
Tip: Pay attention to the lock components - this helps during training
Training
Practice with acrylic training locks
Tip: Use light touch - forcing it won't work
Mission
Compete on the Dangerfield lock against other teams
Tip: Stay calm, use what you learned, work as a team
Debrief
Results, rankings, and celebration
Tip: Cheer for everyone - it's harder than it looks!
Closing
Final remarks and certifications

Lock-Picking Basics
You'll learn the fundamentals of lock-picking during the training phase. Here's what to expect:
Your Equipment
- Tension Wrench - Applies rotational pressure to the lock
- Pick - Manipulates the pins inside the lock
- Training Lock - Clear acrylic so you can see the pins
- Mission Lock - The real challenge (Dangerfield brand)
The Technique
- Insert tension wrench into bottom of keyway
- Apply light, consistent rotational pressure
- Use pick to push pins up, one at a time
- Feel for the "set" - when a pin stays up
- Once all pins set, the lock opens!
Common Mistakes
- • Too much tension - pins won't move
- • Too little tension - pins fall back down
- • Rushing - take your time, feel the feedback
- • Gripping too hard - relax your hands
Intelligence Network (Hunt Game)
Throughout the event, you can participate in a networking game. The goal is to meet other agents by finding people with specific "cover jobs."
How It Works
- Tap the Passport button on your phone
- View your hunt targets (cover jobs to find)
- Ask around: "Who here is the Quantum Cheese Diplomat?"
- When you meet the target, log the contact
- Collect their mascot emoji

Your passport shows:
- Identity Tab - Your info to show others
- Hunt Tab - Your targets and progress
- Contacts Tab - People you've met
- Team Tab - Team leaderboard
Getting Help
If you need assistance during the event:

Tap the help button on your phone. Your organizer will see your request and come assist you.
Ask a Teammate
Your table-mates are there to help. Don't be shy - collaboration is encouraged!
After the Event
Certification
Complete the mission and you'll receive:
- Official CONTROL Academy certification email
- Your agent rank (based on performance)
- Event completion badge

Double-check the event code. Make sure you're connected to WiFi. Try refreshing the page.
No audio playing?
Tap anywhere on your screen first - browsers require interaction before playing audio.
Screen froze?
Pull down to refresh. Your progress is saved - you'll rejoin where you left off.

If you have questions before the event, contact your organizer. During the event, use the help button or ask a team member.
